Responsibilities

  • You’ll be a great fit if you are warm, professional and approachable in the way you support others.
  • Keen to learn, grow and be part of a supportive team.
  • Comfortable in customer-facing situations, or excited to develop those skills with guidance and encouragement.
  • Be at least 18 years old, in line with Security Industry Authority licensing requirements.
  • Be reliable, flexible and confident in a busy environment.
  • Hold an SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence.
  • Previous security experience is helpful but not essential; recent licence holders are encouraged to apply.
  • Training, support and encouragement will be provided to help you feel confident and grow with us.
  • In this role, you’ll help with: being a friendly first point of contact for customers, assisting with guidance and support, keeping the site safe and secure, and creating a professional, reassuring presence on site.
  • Handle incidents calmly with support from the wider team and carry out patrols, monitor access points and prevent unauthorised activity.
  • Work closely with colleagues as part of a supportive, professional and customer-focused team.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the jurisdiction.
  • Possess an SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence.
  • Reliable, flexible and able to work in a busy environment.
  • Excellent attitude, professionalism and willingness to learn.
