Hybrid SIAM/ESM Consultant – Service Transformation

Capgemini is seeking a client-facing ESM / SIAM Consultant to support service management transformation programmes. This role involves leading ESM/SIAM assessments, designing service management transformation roadmaps, and working closely with clients to ensure effective service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have ITIL certification and experience in SIAM implementation. This is a hybrid role requiring presence in company offices, client sites, and home.
