Property Manager Manchester City Centre
Monday to Friday – 9am 5pm – No Weekends
£25,000 £28,000 + Bonus
A growing and modern property business is looking for a Property Manager to join their Manchester city centre team and take ownership of a residential portfolio.
The Role
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties from move-in to move-out
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor works
- Carrying out inspections and ensuring full property compliance
- Working closely with lettings, maintenance and finance teams
What We re Looking For
- Previous experience in residential property management
- Good knowledge of tenancy legislation and compliance
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills
- A proactive and professional communication style
- Ability to manage a busy portfolio independently
