Parking Appeals Investigator – Decisions & Case Analysis

East Riding of Yorkshire Council is seeking an engaging individual to join the Notice and Appeals Team within the Parking Operations Team. The postholder will be primarily responding to written appeals against Penalty Charge Notices, investigating cases, and responding professionally to appellants.

The role includes assisting with various tasks, such as administrative work and car park inspections. Full training will be provided for required qualifications, and a flexible approach to work is a must.
