Join our Enrolment SURGE Team and help deliver a smooth, welcoming experience for students during one of the busiest times of the year. We’re recruiting seven temporary roles across South Hampshire College Group, including Admissions Support, to assist with meet‑and‑greet, appointment bookings, ID cards, and general applicant support.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and support students through the enrolment process
- Manage bookings & appointments via telephone and in‑person
- Support with on‑site queries
- Produce ID cards and assist with applicant checks
- Strong communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Basic IT skills
- Proactive, flexible approach
- Confidence working in a busy, customer‑facing environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to support students
- Valuable experience in admissions and student services
- Supportive, team‑based environment
