Customer Operations Admin
Location: Ipswich
Contract Type: Initial 3 months
Hourly Rate: £12.71
What You’ll Do
- Utilizing the CRM system to cleanse accounts and manage work lists effectively.
- Updating customer contact information and raising requests for site visits.
- Communicating with customers and third‑party agencies via email and telephone.
- Collaborating closely with the Metering team to enhance overall customer service.
What We’re Looking For
- Customer Service Skills: A passion for helping others and providing top‑notch service.
- CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus but not required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers and partners.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Microsoft Suite Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
Training and Development
You’ll receive three weeks of onsite training to equip you with everything you need to thrive in this role.
