About You
- At least 3 years’ experience in transactional finance roles, managing purchase and sales ledgers, plus employee expenses
- Experience leading and developing small finance teams
- Solid understanding of financial controls, processes, and accounting systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities
- Current study or willingness to progress towards AAT, ACCA, or CIMA qualification
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a small transactional finance team responsible for bank reconciliations, ledger processes, and employee expenses
- Oversee daily banking activities, ensuring processing efficiency and strong controls
- Manage end-to-end invoice processing for purchase and sales transactions, resolving queries promptly
- Drive process improvements and support audit compliance through accurate documentation
- Provide key transactional KPIs and reporting, supporting wider finance functions
- Promote a high-performance team culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
