Responsibilities
- Administer all aspects of public examination and certification, ensuring full compliance with college and awarding body regulations.
- Ensure accurate time management and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
- Liaise with awarding bodies and cross-college departments to provide timely and accurate information.
- Work independently and proactively, yet support the team to achieve common goals.
- Maintain high level of customer care and integrity in all interactions.
Qualifications
- At least Level 3 qualification, or equivalent knowledge through experience.
- Highly competent IT and data entry skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to establish excellent working relationships with staff, students, and external agencies.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and a pro-active approach.
- Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and Saturdays.
Full-time post working 37 hours per week based at our Watford/Hemel Campus.
