Role Summary

As a member of our cover team, you will be dedicated to creating an environment where students feel inspired to learn, where teachers feel supported to teach, and where everyone feels invested in the success of the school.
Qualifications
5 GCSEs including Maths and English (grade 4-9) or equivalent essential
Strong A Levels or equivalent essential
Abilities, Skills and Knowledge
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures essential
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and students essential
Experience
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a school or similar setting
Personal Attributes
Passionate about working with children and supporting their academic, social, and emotional development essential
Positive attitude and a willingness to be part of the school community essential
