Responsibilities
- Approaching customers, providing helpful and knowledgeable information on our products.
- Serving customers at the till – processing sales transactions.
- Recommending and promoting complimentary products with each sale.
- Collaborating with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
- Continuous stock replenishment to ensure the shelves are always full.
- Processing of stock deliveries in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that the shop floor is always kept clean & tidy, to a high standard.
- Any additional ad hoc duties, as and when required.
Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to approach and serve all customers.
- The drive to exceed monthly performance targets.
- Methodical approach to completing daily tasks.High levels of attention to detail.
- The ability to work both individually and as part of a diverse team.
- The commitment to work 4 hours per week and the flexibility to work any day (Monday – Sunday).
Compensation and Benefits
You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.91 per hour + non contractual, hourly sales commission. This is a part‑time, permanent position, with a contract of 4 hours per week.
