I am working with a growing multi-site business on their Finance Administrator position. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established finance team in a varied role covering transactional finance, month-end accounting support, reconciliations, reporting, and financial administration.

What Were Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a finance, accounts, or administration role
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
  • Experience with accounting systems would be advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Process journals, accruals, and financial transactions accurately
  • Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliationsPrepare variance reports and financial analysis as required
  • Reconcile stock, bank, and balance sheet accounts
  • Manage supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with invoice processing and billing administration
  • Support audit preparation and wider finance projects
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes and controls
