National Account Manager / Commercial Manager

Wiltshire | Up to £70,000 + Benefits

Role

Reporting Into The Commercial Director, You Will

  • Manage and develop the Tesco account
  • Lead customer negotiations and annual joint business planning
  • Deliver sales growth, profitability and strategic objectives
  • Work closely with Operations, Technical, NPD and Supply Chain teams
  • Analyse market trends, customer performance and competitor activity
  • Identify new opportunities for product and category growth
  • Build strong relationships across multiple customer stakeholders

About You

  • Proven National Account Management experience within food manufacturing
  • Experience managing major retail accounts, ideally Tesco
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent relationship‑building capabilities
  • Ability to influence both internally and externally
  • Passion for delivering growth and exceptional customer service
