The Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives targeting investors and high-net-worth individuals across the GCC and wider Middle East markets. This role will play a key part in strengthening Binghatti’s regional presence, developing strategic relationships, and promoting Dubai’s most sought-after real estate investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive property sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, family offices, brokers, and strategic partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand Binghatti’s regional network.
  • Conduct client presentations, investment consultations, and property showcases.
  • Represent Binghatti at international exhibitions, roadshows, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams to maximize market penetration.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment across key territories.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales performance reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in real estate, property investment, luxury sales, or wealth-related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of Middle Eastern investor profiles and buying behaviour.
  • Existing network within GCC markets is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willingness to travel across the GCC and wider international markets if required.
