Technical Group Engineer

Overview

Join a leading automotive OEM as a Technical Group Integration Engineer and be at the forefront of vehicle architecture development. In this role, you’ll drive the integration of cutting-edge technologies within vehicle systems, supporting functional and attribute target delivery while ensuring customer needs are met. You will work closely with cross-functional squads and interface teams to oversee technical data progression, from CAD to validation, and lead resolution of complex engineering challenges through structured problem-solving methods such as 8D and Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Drive the integration of cutting-edge technologies within vehicle systems and support delivery of functional and attribute targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional squads and interface teams to oversee technical data progression from CAD to validation.
• Lead resolution of complex engineering challenges using structured problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D, Six Sigma).

Qualifications

• Strong automotive technical background with experience in system and component design, development, and delivery.
• Expertise in technical analysis, decision-making, and project management to coordinate seamless integration across vehicle development stages.
• Ability to embrace agile principles, influence stakeholders, and support technical arbitration to deliver innovative, reliable vehicle architectures.
