Winnrz is the UK’s first and only Shop & Win platform — blending commerce, entertainment, and rewards to reinvent how people shop . We’re building a high-growth B2C business from the ground up, with strong early traction and ambitious plans to scale.

This is not a corporate strategy role. We’re looking for a builder — someone who has taken a consumer business from 0 → 1, rolled up their sleeves, made tough commercial calls, and owned the P&L end to end.

Role Description

As Head of Commercial Growth & Business Strategy, you will own the commercial engine of Winnrz. You’ll be responsible for defining growth strategy and executing it, driving revenue, scaling customer acquisition, improving unit economics, and taking full accountability for commercial performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own full P&L responsibility across revenue, costs, margins, and growth targets.
  • Build and execute the commercial growth strategy across acquisition, retention, monetization, and partnerships.
  • Take the Winnrz B2C business from early-stage traction to scalable growth.
  • Personally drive execution across marketing, operations, campaigns, performance, partnerships, pricing, funnels, and unit economics.
  • Identify growth levers, test fast, double down on what works, and cut what doesn’t.
  • Work hands-on with marketing, product, data, and operations teams to ship outcomes — not slides.
  • Define and optimize customer acquisition strategies, LTV/CAC models, and retention frameworks.
  • Build and manage commercial forecasts, budgets, and growth plans.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with partners, suppliers, and strategic stakeholders.
  • Hire, mentor, and scale high-performing growth and commercial teams over time.
  • 10–15+ years of experience in B2C growth, commercial strategy, or general management roles.
  • Proven track record of taking a consumer business from 0–1 (or early stage to scale).
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership with responsibility for revenue, margins, and growth outcomes.
  • Deep, hands-on experience in growth execution — partnerships, campaigns, performance marketing, funnels, pricing, and monetization.
  • Commercially sharp, data-driven, and comfortable making high-stakes decisions.
  • Not afraid to get into the weeds — dashboards, campaigns, deals, processes.
  • Experience in B2C e-commerce, gaming, or consumer tech is a strong plus.
  • Builder mindset: biased toward action, ownership, and accountability.
