Job Overview
The Sales Consultant role is a full‑time position at England’s leading premium health and wellness group. The role is split 70% phone‑based prospecting and 30% on‑site club promotion, with a focus on achieving sales targets and ensuring a premium after‑care experience. This position requires evening, weekend and public holiday availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Hitting the phones to inspire prospective members and spread DL values.
- Showcasing club facilities and benefits to drive individual and team sales targets.
- On‑boarding new members and delivering a premium after‑care service.
- Maintaining excellent administration and organisational tasks.
Key Qualifications
- Target driven with strong sales motivation.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Passion for health and fitness.
- Self‑starter who delivers a quality sales experience.
- Previous sales experience desirable but not essential.
