We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious luxury retailer seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join their Leeds city centre showroom. This role is about much more than simply making a sale. We are looking for someone who can confidently tell the story behind a product, connect with customers on an emotional level, and guide them through important life moments and celebrations.
The Role
- Deliver a first-class customer experience at every stage of the client journey
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a discerning client base
- Develop an in-depth understanding of luxury products, craftsmanship, heritage and brand values
- Create engaging and memorable experiences through storytelling and consultative selling
- Proactively follow up with clients and maintain detailed customer records
- Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence and credibility at all times
- Support client events and in-store experiences when required
About You
- Previous experience within luxury retail or premium sales
- Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills
- Naturally confident, engaging and able to build rapport with a wide range of clients
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
- Strong commercial awareness and sales ability
- Comfortable working towards targets in a consultative sales environment
- Able to tell a compelling story and bring products to life for customers
- Professional, articulate and highly relationship-driven
