Critical Playground LLC is seeking a Lead Digital Product Designer to drive significant product design changes in the civil engineering sector. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI prowess.

This role involves leading design sprints, collaborating closely with teams, and mentoring fellow designers. As a senior design partner, you will advocate for design thinking and help shape client discussions, while positively influencing the industry approach towards AI tools.
