In this role, you will provide comprehensive coordination and administrative support to the Head of Health and Safety and the wider department, ensuring the smooth delivery of daily activities and reporting requirements across the business.

Your Role
- Coordinate the Health, Safety and Environmental team’s activities, including preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Produce and manage key documentation such as leadership reports, correspondence, and procedures in line with company standards.
- Administer and maintain the incident reporting system, including data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Organise meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring materials, agendas, and facilities are prepared in advance.
- Maintain compliance records, legislation registers, and audit documentation, ensuring accuracy and readiness.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure all work is carried out in line with health, safety, and environmental policies.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: Higher level education with a minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above including English and Maths, alongside a full valid UK driving licence.
- Experience: Proven coordination experience within a demanding environment, strong stakeholder management, advanced IT skills including Microsoft packages, and experience maintaining accurate system data and delivering project work.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organisation, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, influence stakeholders, and work independently or collaboratively to achieve results.
Experience & Knowledge
- Previous experience of coordination in a performance‑driven environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management experience.
- High level knowledge of Microsoft packages and IT systems.
- Experience maintaining accurate systems data, including financial information.
- Proven ability to complete project work as part of a wider team.
Desirable
- Business Administration NVQ.
- IOSH Managing Safely.
