What you will do

• Conduct assessments and manage complex cases in Child Protection and Children in Need scenarios, using your expertise to safeguard and support vulnerable children and families.
• Engage with children, families, and other professionals to develop and implement effective care plans while actively promoting the welfare of children.
• Partake in multi-agency meetings, providing expert advice and representing the interests of children and families.
• Prepare detailed reports and court documents as necessary and give evidence in legal proceedings.
• Mentor and support junior staff and students to help build a robust and skilled team.
