This specialist school supports children and young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and physical disabilities. Responsibilities
- Supporting the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the school
- Driving high standards of teaching, learning and pupil progress
- Leading on key areas of school improvement
- Supporting and developing teaching and support staff
- Ensuring high-quality provision for pupils with ASC, MLD and physical disabilities
- Promoting a positive, inclusive and nurturing school culture
- Working closely with families, external agencies and stakeholders
- Supporting safeguarding, behaviour and wellbeing across the school
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Deputy Headteacher (DHT) or Assistant Headteacher (AHT) is essential. QTS required.
