Senior Architect (2 positions) – London – High‑Rise Residential

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery on 100-300 unit residential schemes.
• Produce tender packages and Gateway 2 information.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure quality output.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE (Post Part 3).
• Strong background in UK high‑rise / HRB residential projects.
• Advanced Revit skills (non‑negotiable, used daily).
• Confident leading teams, running projects, and managing deadlines.
• Client‑facing and commercially aware.

Location & Requirements

Location: London.
