SEND Teaching Assistant
Employment type: Fixed Term for one year, term time only + 5 INSET days. 32.5 hours per week Monday – Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm.
Salary: Grade 4 (SCP 6 – 7) £25,989 – £26,403 per annum pro rata. Actual salary: £19,722 – £20,037 (Pay award pending).
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and appropriate learning opportunities for children with complex needs.
- Share children’s learning with parents and carers effectively.
- Work alongside the SENDCo to implement and monitor individuals’ targets.
- Contribute towards EHCP and APDR reviews.
