Front of House Leader (Full time, 35 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Coaching and mentoring the front‑of‑house team to maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Leading the shop during busy periods, operating the coffee machine and handling operational tasks.
  • Ensuring standards and spirits are maintained, protecting profit, and keeping customers happy.
