Electrical Supervisor – Solar Farm Project
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee a team of operatives on a large-scale solar farm installation project.
Job Details
- Duration: 2 months
- Hours: 10‑hour shifts
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (no weekend work)
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising existing site operatives, monitoring productivity, and ensuring work is completed safely and to the required standard.
Scope of Work
- Termination of cables into isolation boxes and inverters
- Earth connection installations
- Cable tray installation
- Working with 300mm aluminium cables
Requirements
- Valid ECS/JIB Card (essential)
- Previous supervisory experience within electrical installation projects
- Experience with LV terminations and similar electrical installation work
- Strong leadership and site coordination skills
- Solar farm experience is advantageous
