Job Description:
Our client, a multi-disciplinary financial consultancy, is seeking a motivated and adaptable solicitor to join its in‑house Legal & Risk function.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate a range of commercial agreements.
- Advise stakeholders on legal and risk issues.
- Support disputes, complaints, and litigation.
- Contribute to regulatory and insurance matters.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
- Admitted as a solicitor in Scotland and holding an unrestricted practising certificate.
