• Assist with drafting, negotiating, and closing a variety of capital markets transactions, including structured products, securitizations, and derivatives

Qualifications

• A minimum of NQ (Newly Qualified) status with up to 5 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE) in a capital markets or derivatives practice
