Upper KS2 Lead Teacher & School Improvement

The Sir Donald Bailey Academy is seeking an experienced UPS teacher to drive improvements in teaching and learning from September 2026. The role includes leading CPD initiatives and supporting Early Career Teachers, as well as monitoring outcomes for disadvantaged pupils.
