Job Description

As a General Manager at Mecca Bingo, you will lead your venue with passion and energy, creating a space where both customers and team members enjoy working. You will set the vision for the venue, inspire the team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences that keep people coming back.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the venue’s vision and strategic direction.
• Motivate and develop a high‑performing team.
• Ensure operational excellence and smooth day‑to‑day running of the venue.
• Drive profitability and revenue growth through effective management.
• Create exceptional and memorable customer experiences.
• Collaborate with corporate on strategic initiatives and best practices.
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in driving profitability and revenue within a business, preferably in retail or entertainment.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
• Commercial acumen and a results‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and customer experience skills.
• Ability to create exceptional and memorable customer experiences.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
