Compensation and Benefits

  • £25,000 to £27,500 base salary per year, dependent on experience.
  • £50,000 to £65,000 per year complete on-target earnings.

Role Overview

In this fully employed position, Partners are given the flexibility of a self-employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best estate agent in their local area. They provide an end-to-end service for their customers from valuation to completion of sale.

Support and Resources

This is not a self-employed position, which means we can provide our Partners with endless support to grow a successful business. This will include learning and development support, local property centre assistance, industry-leading technology and marketing tools to raise brand awareness locally.

Qualifications and Requirements

Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006). Evidence of right to work in the UK required (passport or birth certificate). Proof of address and National Insurance number will also be required.
