Cover Teacher

Location: Hayes UB3, West London. Working hours: Ad-hoc hours depending on the role, Monday-Friday 8:30-15:30. Start date: January 2026.

Responsibilities

The role involves teaching engaging lessons in subjects such as Music, Art, MFL, ICT, and PE, to full classes of 30 children in KS1 and KS2.

Qualifications & Requirements

• No formal teaching qualifications are required; however, classroom experience is essential.
• You will also need behaviour management skills and safeguarding knowledge.
• All applicants will be subject to relevant safeguarding checks, including a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
• Proof of valid right to work in the UK is required.
• May be required to hold a DBS certificate clear of convictions.

• Ability to commute/relocate: Hayes UB3 – reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred).
