Customer Operations Adviser – Transition Team (Hybrid)

The Construction-Industry-Training-Board is looking for a Customer Operations Adviser to join its team in Bircham. In this full-time role, you will provide friendly, efficient support to CITB customers, ensuring each interaction makes a positive impact.

The position requires you to exceed customer expectations and manage enquiries through multiple channels. The successful candidate will work 2-3 days onsite and have the chance to transition to hybrid work.

The role offers a 12-month fixed term contract with a target salary of £25,586.
