• Provide daily support with shopping, cooking, managing the home, and personal development.
• Promote independence and self‑confidence, helping clients develop new skills and manage emotions.
• Plan and facilitate a variety of activities such as local trips, college visits, workouts, and nature walks.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a respectful, inclusive, and empowering environment.
