Key Responsibilities
- Operating production machinery and ensuring smooth, efficient cell performance
- Leading and supervising agency staff within your cell
- Completing essential food safety, quality, and health & safety documentation
- Carrying out Critical Control Point (CCP) checks to ensure full product legality
- Maintaining high hygiene standards and following all site safety procedures
This is an active role where your attention to detail and ability to think on your feet will really stand out.
Shift Patterns & Pay
To keep our fresh produce moving, we operate a rotating shift pattern:
- Days: 07:00 – 19:00
- Nights: 19:00 – 07:00
Pay Rates:
- Day Rate: £12.71 per hour
- Night Rate: £13.40 per hour
Rates are subject to an upcoming increase in line with National Minimum Wage changes.
Qualifications & Skills
We’re looking for people who bring:
- Strong communication skills (good English is essential for safety and teamwork)
- Adaptability & focus – able to learn quickly and juggle multiple tasks
- A positive attitude – motivated, reliable, and ready to get stuck in
- Attention to detail with good organisational skills
- Excellent time‑keeping and a strong team‑player mindset
Comfortable working in cold conditions (typically 5–6°C).
