We’re working with one of the UK’s most ambitious and forward-thinking finance brokerages, known for its energy, innovation, and results. As they continue to scale, they’re looking for experienced and driven Senior Account Managers to join their high-performing commercial finance team.
This is a rare chance to get in early and help shape a fast-growing division. You’ll be working across a broad range of funding products and sectors, supported by warm leads, inbound enquiries and a strong brand presence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively engage with SMEs / business owners across the UK to generate new finance opportunities
- Leverage existing customer data and historic enquiries to create fresh leads
- Present tailored funding solutions across asset finance, business loans, merchant cash advances, refinance, and government-backed schemes
- Conduct financial assessments to match clients with suitable lenders
- Manage the full funding process from proposal through to drawdown
- Stay informed on lender products, underwriting criteria, and market conditions
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across other finance divisions
- Accurately log all activity and deal progress in the CRM
- Achieve personal revenue targets while contributing to team success
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years’ experience in commercial finance (asset finance, business loans, invoice finance, etc)
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals
- A sharp commercial mindset and the ability to spot and convert opportunities
- Energy, drive, and the ambition to help build something from the ground up
