Job Details :

• You will provide full engineering ownership for all plant products, including NPI and PI activity. This will include managing APQP and PPAP deliverables, monitoring yield and RFT performance, and supporting the business’ drive toward zero defects.
• Maintaining and analysing external yield / RFT charts to inform delivery and quality improvements.
• Dispositioning non-conformances in line with quality, cost and lead-time requirements.
• Leading customer yield / RFT reviews and supporting IPT sessions.
• Leading a Continuous improvement team of 12.

Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications
