Responsibilities
- Provide Excellent Wait Service: Take orders and deliver food and beverages to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Make Menu Recommendations: Answer questions and offer suggestions to enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Collaborate with team members to keep the shop and serving areas organised and spotless.
- Handle Transactions: Operate the POS system accurately and process payments according to company guidelines.
- Ensure Compliance: Follow safe food preparation, handling, storage, and sanitation practices, meeting all health and safety standards.
- Create a Welcoming Environment: Greet all guests warmly, making them feel comfortable and valued.
Qualifications
- Hasprior experience in food and beverage service (a plus)
- Demonstratesexcellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Hasgood mathematical skills and is comfortable operating a POS system
- Isdetail-oriented with a strong focus on cleanliness and organisation
- Canwork independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Isflexible and reliable
