Peterborough | £32,000–£35,000 + Performance Bonus
EdenHut is a growing UK outdoor sauna and wellness company specialising in outdoor saunas, wood-fired hot tubs and cold plunge tubs.
We are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Manager to help manage customer orders from enquiry through to delivery and after-sales support.
Responsibilities
• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and WhatsApp
• Follow up leads and assist with sales
• Manage customer orders and schedules
• Coordinate deliveries and installations
• Work with suppliers and transport partners
• Handle customer service and warranty enquiries
• Keep CRM records updated
• Help improve customer experience and internal processes
Requirements
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Problem-solving mindset
• Experience in operations, customer service, sales support or project coordination preferred
