We’re looking for someone who:

• Is currently enrolled in, or has recently completed, an ECE qualification (Level 3–5 or degree)
• Has a genuine love for play-based learning and child-led discovery
• Values whānau relationships and a strong sense of community
• Is enthusiastic about exploring the outdoors and local environment with tamariki
• Brings warmth, creativity, and a collaborative spirit to the team
