We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional self-employed Level 3 Tennis Coach (LTA qualified) to join our coaching team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality tennis coaching to juniors and/or adults, contributing to the club’s vibrant coaching programme.
This is a self-employed opportunity, ideal for a motivated coach looking to build and manage their own coaching portfolio within a premium tennis environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, structured tennis coaching sessions for players of all ages and abilities
- Plan and run group coaching, private lessons, and holiday camps
- Support player development pathways, including performance and squad players
- Promote participation and retention within the club coaching programme
- Maintain high safeguarding, health & safety, and professional standards
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club staff
- Contribute positively to the club’s coaching culture and community
Requirements
- LTA Level 3 Tennis Coach qualification (or equivalent recognised certification)
- Valid LTA accreditation and current DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven coaching experience across junior and/or adult programmes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for player development and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently as a self‑employed professional
