Hybrid Asset Surveyor – Junior in Public Housing

United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia, located in Cardiff, is looking for a motivated Junior Asset Surveyor to join their Property & Assets team. This role offers the chance to conduct stock condition surveys and assist with asset data management, within a supportive public-sector environment.

The ideal candidate will gain experience in basic building inspections and report writing, with training provided for more complex responsibilities. A full UK driving licence is required, and knowledge of social housing is beneficial.
