Property Manager

Location: Weston super Mare

Salary: £27,500 – no experience needed; £29,000 – experienced Property Managers; £1,000 salary increase after passing ARLA; ARLA fully funded

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm; 1 in 4-5 Saturdays, 9:00am-1:00pm

No driving licence required

You’ll be the problem solver, the organiser, the communicator – the person who keeps everything moving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage tenancies from move in to move out with confidence and care.
  • Handle maintenance issues quickly, coordinating contractors and keeping tenants updated.
  • Carry out inspections and follow up on any required actions.
  • Stay compliant by ensuring all properties meet legal and safety standards.
  • Communicate clearly with landlords and tenants, keeping everyone informed.
  • Keep records sharp with accurate notes and system updates.

What You’ll Bring
