Head of Finance Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Head of Finance Operations to lead and transform our Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of our finance organization, focused on driving operational excellence, automation, and scalable growth.

This role will play a critical part in modernising our finance operations through process transformation, AI-driven solutions, and robotics, while also supporting the integration of newly acquired businesses.

About You

• Proven experience in a senior finance operations leadership role (AP/AR focus)Strong track record of leading large teams and driving transformation programmes
• Hands‑on experience with automation, AI, and RPA implementations
• Experience integrating acquisitions or operating in a high‑growth/M&A environment
• Deep understanding of end-to-end finance processes and controls
• Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Data‑driven, commercially minded, and solutions‑oriented
