At Apogee, we’re looking for an ambitious, dynamic self‑starter who wants to start or grow their career in B2B technology sales. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be at the very start of the customer journey, helping organisations discover smarter ways to work through workplace technology, managed print, document solutions and IT services.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be part of the engine room of our growth team, identifying new opportunities, speaking with potential customers, and booking high‑quality meetings for our sales teams.
Day to Day Looks Something Like This
- Work from warm prospect data provided by the team, researching each company to understand their structure, needs, and the potential opportunity.
- Identify the true decision‑maker within each business, ensuring outreach is directed to the most relevant contact.
- Start meaningful conversations with potential customers, understand business challenges and explore how Apogee may be able to help.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
- Work closely with sales and marketing on campaigns.
Typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 9 – 5, with a one‑hour lunch break. The role also offers flexibility to work from home, typically two days per week after the probationary period.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, retail, hospitality, telesales, lead generation, or another target‑driven role is required. You should be comfortable speaking with prospects, working to targets, and bringing the energy, resilience, and professionalism needed to succeed in an SDR role.
