Senior Service Designer – Public Sector, Discovery Lead

Ubds-Group is seeking an experienced Senior Service Designer to lead and deliver complex public sector discovery initiatives aimed at enhancing citizen and organisational outcomes.

This role involves working within a multidisciplinary environment to address operational challenges through service design principles. Candidates must have strong GDS experience and a robust understanding of the Government Service Standard.

Beneath a collaborative approach, you will facilitate workshops, synthesize research, and create insightful service maps and designs.
