Senior Support Worker – Learning Disability Intensive Support

Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is hiring a Senior Support Worker in Leeds to support adults with learning disabilities. The successful candidate will work with those experiencing complex needs, actively helping them to live in the community and avoid hospital admissions.
