Cranleigh STEM & Sustainability Recruitment is seeking a Senior / Principal Scientist in Molecular Pharmacology based in Reading. This role offers the opportunity to lead the development of novel therapeutics and advance therapeutic antibody programmes.
The ideal candidate will have a PhD and extensive experience in biotechnology drug discovery, along with strong expertise in in vitro pharmacology and assay development. A collaborative approach is key, as you will mentor teams across various disciplines.
