Personal Assistant / Team Assistant – Banking
My client is a boutique Bank based near The Strand, with another European office. They have a truly phenomenal culture and team perks and socials throughout the year. The culture is buzzy and sociable.
The role is to join the small support team and act as an office lynchpin, managing office administration, event organising, HR assistance and more.
The right candidate will have some years office administration experience under their belt and be a confident team player.
Responsibilities and Skills
- Organisational skills: exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and external contacts
- Tech Savvy: proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
- Attention to detail: strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- A great team player, and an ability to work independently
