Kenton Black is looking for a Senior Site Manager for a £17 Million new build care home in England. This role involves full subcontract package management from groundworks through to 1st/2nd fix and final finishings.
The successful candidate will manage subcontractor coordination and run meetings in conjunction with the Project Manager. Required qualifications include a CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certificates. The position is available on either a freelance or freelance to permanent basis.
