As a Trainee Sales Executive, you’ll join a growing business services company supporting SMEs across the UK. This is a fast-paced, entry-level sales role where you’ll learn how to generate new business, build relationships, and drive revenue from day one.
No prior experience needed—just the attitude to succeed in a competitive environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Reaching out to businesses via calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Introducing services and identifying potential opportunities
- Speaking with decision-makers to understand their needs
- Booking qualified meetings for senior sales team members
- Building your own pipeline and working towards targets

You’ll engage SMEs across a range of sectors, helping them access solutions that improve efficiency, reduce overheads, and support long-term growth.
Salary & commission
- £27,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission with realistic £35k–£40k year one earnings
